How do I register for an account?

If you need to update your user information, kindly reach out to your dedicated Sales Representative for assistance. 

What is your Returns & Exchange Policy?

Returns & Exchange Policy vary. Please see our Return Policy in the footer of the website, or contact your Sales Representative. 

Do you offer installation services?

For a referral or for help arranging a consultation with our highly-experienced equipment installers, please contact your Sales Representative for more information.

Can I pay my invoices online through TriMarketPlace?

Yes,  if an invoice has been issued, you can pay it online. Simply log into your account and select Orders & Invoices from the top navigation. Open the order you want to pay, then click Pay Invoice in the top-right section. For first time registration, please follow these instructions.

I am not receiving notifications.

To ensure your users receive notifications from our new platform, please ask your email or security administrator to whitelist our notification sender details.

Please allow the following:

  • Sender domain: @trimarketplace.com
  • Sender address: trimarketplacestore@trimarketplace.com

 Other actions you can take are: 

  • Add trimarketplacestore@trimarketplace.com to your contacts or address book.
  • If this email landed in your spam or junk folder, please mark as “Not Spam
